Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all photo sessions organized by our company in Punta Cana. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the session. Payments can be made online or in cash (USD or Dominican pesos at the current exchange rate).

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours may result in a partial or non-refundable deposit. Weather-related rescheduling will be accommodated whenever possible.

3. Delays & No-Shows

If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced accordingly. Failure to appear without prior notice will result in a full charge and loss of the deposit.

4. Image Rights & Usage

Clients receive edited digital images according to the selected package. Raw files are not provided unless otherwise agreed. The company reserves the right to use selected images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

5. Liability

While every precaution is taken for safety, the company is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or loss during the session. Participation in photo sessions is at the client’s own risk.

6. Delivery

Edited photos are typically delivered within 10–15 business days via an online gallery or download link. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts of Punta Cana.
