FAQ
do you take photos inside the hotel?
We take photos inside and outside the hotels, each resort has different policies and a charge applies for bringing an external vendor. this charge is assumed by the client.
How long does it take to deliver the ready photos?
Before editing the photos, we send you samples so that you can choose your favorites and then edit them, the editing process can take from 2 to 4 days depending on whether we have a large workflow.
do we need to pay to reserve?
Yes, no matter the value of the photo session, you must pay $100 dollars at the time of booking and you pay the rest on the day of the photo session.
In case of cancellation by the client there is no refund of the deposit. The payment of the deposit is exclusive to ensure the day and time of the services.
